Dear Friends of Ako,
It is hard to believe that it has been a year since Ako’s passing. This is a sad time as it brings back a lot of memories. To remember Ako at this one year anniversary, I will be hosting an informal gathering for Ako’s friends at my home in Brighton on Saturday, August 27 from 3-5pm. You are welcome to come by and light incense for Ako and update Ako on what you’ve been doing over the past year. There will be snacks and refreshments.

Parking: There is on-street parking. You can park on Brooks St. or Bigelow St.
Direction: The house is located off of Nonantum Rd (turn at the light onto Brooks St.) or off Faneuil Rd. in Brighton. I don't have good directions so I suggest you Google / Yahoo map it (sorry). Our house is the light green house with grey roof (two family house) on the corner of Bigelow and Brooks St. We're on the second and third floor. If you're coming from Cambridge, there is an MBTA bus that stops a block from our house. Unfortunately it’s not very T-friendly.
